The office will be closed for the holidays beginning on December 20. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST on December 18 through January 1 will be processed when we return on January 2.

Where will my order emails be sent?

Order emails are sent to the email address associated with your Billing Address. If you haven’t received your order email, be sure to check your spam folder and/or ‘Promotions’ inbox.

Will I get a receipt for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order along with a PDF receipt. You can also look up the details of any transaction or order in the Orders section of your account.

Tracking Your Package

We will send you a order complete email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
