Delivery
- Free USPS shipping on orders $49 and up, shipped inside the continental United States.
- $10 Flat rate USPS shipping on orders up to $49.00.
- Expedited UPS shipping is available by special request. Charges will be calculated at the time the order is processed. We will contact you for approval of the shipping charge and payment information for the additional shipping cost before the order is shipped.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging untorn. DVD & CD plastic seals cannot be opened. Your returned item must include the receipt or packing slip.
Exchanges
Option 1
In order to receive an exchange, you will need to return the item in brand new condition with the original packaging untorn. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Include a note with the size or color you are exchanging for. You will need to provide us with payment for the shipping costs once we receive your item and the condition is approved for an exchange. You will receive an online payment link to pay for shipping.
Option 2
Place a new order in our online shop for the size or color you need, then return the item that you don’t need. In order to receive a refund for the returned item, the item must be in brand new condition with the original packaging untorn. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. You will receive a refund once we receive your item and the condition is approved for a refund.
Refunds
Return the item to our office. The item must be in brand new condition with the original packaging untorn. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. You will receive a refund to the original order payment source once we receive your item and the condition is approved for a refund.
Character Skirts are not refundable. We accept exchanges only.
Shipping on Exchanges
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.
Exchanges: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs both ways, for the return and for the shipping of the exchanged item.
